How to Order

To order, simply have your purchasing department fax or email a signed purchase order to begin the order process. To view our current price, please go to the “eXtremevalue” category located at the very bottom of our eXtreme page.

And as always, should you not be 100% satisfied with our product, you may return the unit in its original condition (and in its original container) within 30 days and you will not be charged for your order. Note: You and/or your agency will be held responsible for paying shipping charges.

Returns

Although, to this date, we can easily say we have not yet had any units returned to us, you could be the first to request the following information:

To return the unit, you must first be issued an RA “return authorization” number. This RA number must appear on all return shipping labels for easy identification and for re-stocking purposes. Before shipping your order back, call us first for your assigned RA number.
